Wild Frontier Foods makes the most of Alaska’s seafood harvest and introduces them to food lovers nationally and internationally in inviting, non-traditional menus choices.  Founders, Jan and Mike Jackson, a mother and son business duo, lead the trend in seafood pizza choices only now being recognized by restaurateurs across the country.

Wild Frontier Foods calls the charming village of Hoonah, Alaska home.  Located on the remote shores of Chichagof Island, this family-owned business is proud to feature the fishing industry that sustains their small town. Only now is this travel gem being discovered by visitors to Icy Straits and Glacier Bay National Park.

It’s the bounty of Alaska’s waters that inspired their signature menu item, Wild Frontier Halibut Melt Pizza. This savory combination of wild Alaska halibut, the finest cheeses and rich, creamy Wild Frontier 'But Sauce on crispy flat bread will have you hooked after the first bite. 

Wild Frontier Halibut Melt Pizza is available at The Galley Restaurant in tiny, downtown Hoonah, Alaska and is sold and shipped frozen throughout Alaska and the Lower 48 via direct sales to restaurants, bars, concessionaires, food service suppliers and mail order consumers.
